PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover thru PayPal.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact me as soon as possible. We usually ship within 3-5 days from payment.
SHIPPING
• Once payment has cleared your order will ship within 1-4 business days with USPS.
Please follow tracking to ensure timely arrival.
• Once shipped, an order tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
• For international up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs.
RETURNS
Apothercary // We do not accept refunds due to the nature of the product. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
Candles // Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 10 days of delivery.
You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase (except perfumes*). The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. We do not accept exchanges at this time.
If you think the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the problem. ilka@zoetbathlatier.com

Within 10 days of your order, please send an email to info@zoetbathlatier.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved we will send you the return address and your Return Authorization number.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The majority of our products are preserved naturally by their ingredients and by the methods we use to manufacture them. Store your products in a cool, dry place to maximize product life. Water, air and dirty hands can cause contamination, so keep lids on tight, use scoops, and avoid getting water into the jars (such as sugar scrubs). Shelf life for bath and body care products are 6 months from the time of purchase.
Our products are handmade in small batches to guarantee their quality, freshness and integrity. This means that some slight variation in color, scent, and consistency may occur.
Variation in candle color is common in natural wax!
Each of our fragrances for our candles are made with different high grade oils infused with essential oils. Because of this there will be a slight variation in the color of the candle. This is a normal characteristic in all natural soy candles will take on the appearance and color change of the oil in them. Sometimes the color will change considerably when burning. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the candle. We do not add any additives or unsafe colors to our wax. Another occurance for dicolored candles (yellowing) is placing them in direct sunlight or under any strong lighting. Frosting is also a natural characteristic in natural waxes. It happens with changes of temperature from warm to cool. It is purely the nature of this vegetable/soy wax.
